Project and mass hiring

Build-and-setup mandates: a new plant, a branch or showroom network, a hospital or hotel launch, a capability
centre. One accountable partner for the full build, from org design to the day the floor is running.

Commercials

A project fee against agreed volumes and milestones, or a blended per-hire rate. The structure is fixed before
mobilisation, so the cost of the build is known before the first drive is scheduled.

Typical project mandates

Greenfield plant

Plant head and functional leadership first, then engineers and supervisors, then operators and
technicians in shift-wise waves.

Branch or showroom network

Multi-city rollout for BFSI, NBFC, automobile or retail — cluster heads, branch managers and
frontline sales staff on a city-by-city schedule.

Hospital or hotel launch

Clinical and hospitality leadership, then professionals, then the full frontline complement, calibrated
to the commissioning date.

GCC and shared services

Centre head and function heads through confidential search, then F&A, HR operations,

procurement and customer operations in agreed waves.

Seat ramp-up (BPO/KPO)

Standing pipelines, pooled walk-ins and weekly throughput reporting against a seat-fill curve.

Reporting

Volume hiring fails quietly when nobody can see the curve. Every project mandate reports weekly against the
agreed milestone plan: applications sourced, assessed, shortlisted, offered, joined and attrited before joining — so
a slipping stage is visible while there is still time to correct it.

Project hiring FAQs

What is the minimum volume for a project mandate?

There is no fixed minimum. What matters is whether the requirement has a defined headcount, a location plan and
a timeline — that is what allows us to price it as a project rather than as individual placements.

Can you run hiring drives at our site?

Yes. Drives can be hosted at your plant or office, at a neutral venue, at a partner campus, or online. For smaller
batches we also run pooled drives alongside other mandates so that employers still see a full day of candidates.

Do you help with salary benchmarking before we commit to a location?

Yes. City-wise talent mapping and salary benchmarking are part of the mandate and are usually done before the
site, the headcount plan or the budget is finalised.
